Six things that make it one of a kind
Any one of these is rare in a residential project. Haus Da Lat has all six.

Xuan Huong Lake, open to foreign buyers
A 5-hectare site at 1 Dinh Tien Hoang, right on Xuan Huong Lake in the heart of Da Lat.
Foreign buyers can own here for 50 years (up to 30% of each tower) and sign the sale and purchase agreement directly with the developer.

Kengo Kuma
The three towers are designed by Kengo Kuma, named one of TIME's 100 most influential people in 2021 and the architect of Japan's National Stadium in Tokyo.
His rule is never to compete with nature: the 300 pines on the site stay standing.

A garage built for fine cars
Just 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions, from one to four bedrooms. Two basement levels are designed as carefully as the homes, with at least two parking spaces for every residence.
Every Sky Mansion has a private lift from the garage straight to the door.

Curated by 1508 London
Every home is furnished by 1508 London the way a museum is curated. Each piece is sourced at auction or made to order, chosen one by one to sit in harmony with Kuma's architecture.

Chiva-Som and InterContinental
Floors 3 and 4 are the wellness center, with Chiva-Som as wellness consultant and an indoor heated swimming pool.
The site is also home to a five-star InterContinental hotel.

1010 Origin, a members' club among the pines
1010 Origin is a private members' club on the Haus Da Lat grounds, run by the 1010 team: an onyx bar, a glass lounge looking into the pine forest, a shared living room and an outdoor terrace.
A place for owners to host guests, meet their neighbours, or simply sit with a drink as the Da Lat evening turns cool. Opening is expected in November 2026.
