Regain Your Vietnamese Citizenship — and Own in Your Own Name

Two documents decide almost everything. If you still hold both your Vietnamese passport and your Vietnamese birth certificate, restoring your citizenship is a clean, predictable process — about 4 weeks on average, at a fee you know before you start. A private online session with our team walks through your exact file — USD 50, credited toward your package.

About 4 weeks on average USD 3,200–3,800 — quoted upfront USD 50 credited if you engage

Two documents decide it

We currently take on files that have both. That focus is exactly why the timeline stays short.

Your Vietnamese passport

The passport issued to you as a Vietnamese citizen, from before you took your current nationality. It is the anchor evidence that you held Vietnamese citizenship.

Your Vietnamese birth certificate

Your giấy khai sinh, recording your birth in Vietnam. Together with the passport it makes your file complete — and a complete file is what moves in weeks, not years.

Only have one of the two — or not sure what counts?

  • Do not book the paid session yet. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have, and we will tell you straight — free — whether your file can qualify.
  • Sometimes the missing document can be re-issued in Vietnam. We will point you in the right direction either way.

What your USD 50 session covers

Not a generic overview — a working session on your own documents and your own timeline.

Your documents, checked line by line

We verify that your passport and birth certificate details line up — names, spellings, dates. The small mismatches are what quietly cost people months, and they are fixable when caught early.

The process and the 4 weeks

The exact sequence, what happens in Vietnam versus your country, what you sign and when. Complete files average about 4 weeks — you will leave knowing your realistic timeline.

Your exact quote, before you commit

A standard file runs USD 3,200–3,800 all-in professional fee, depending on your documents. You leave the session with your own figure fixed — government and translation fees at cost.

What citizenship unlocks

Property in your own name with a pink book, like any Vietnamese citizen — no leasehold, no nominee. Realtique stays with you from the filing through to the keys.

1

Tell us your file

Fill in the short form below — which documents you hold, your nationality, your goal. Two minutes, and it is what makes the session worth your money.

2

Pay USD 50

Card or PayPal, by secure invoice. The fee keeps this serious on both sides — and it is credited toward your package if you go ahead.

3

Get your slot

We confirm a time across your timezone and send the video-call link, plus a short checklist of the documents to have on screen.

Please do not book if…

  • You do not hold both the Vietnamese passport and the birth certificate — message us on WhatsApp first instead, the pre-check costs nothing.
  • You need a guaranteed date or a guaranteed outcome. Four weeks is the average for complete files — but the decision is signed by Vietnamese authorities, not by us.
  • You only want to buy property. You may not need citizenship at all — read our buying guide first.
  • You are looking for a nominee arrangement, or a Vietnamese person to hold things in their name.

We would rather you keep your money than pay us for a file we cannot move.

Why this session is paid

The honest answer helps you decide whether to book.

It is a working session, not a sales call

We prepare from your form before we meet: your documents, your nationality, the current rules for your case. General answers are free everywhere — preparation on your file is not.

It protects the answer you get

When a session is free, the incentive is to say yes and deal with problems later. When it is paid, we can afford to tell you no on day one — which is usually the answer that saves you most.

It comes back to you

The USD 50 is credited toward your service package if you engage. If you proceed, the session effectively cost you nothing.

It is a fraction of the mistake

A mis-prepared nationality file does not get rejected loudly — it stalls quietly, for months. USD 50 to have your file read properly first is the cheapest part of the whole journey.

Private consultation — USD 50

Step 1 of 2: tell us about your file. Payment comes next, and confirms your slot.

Frequently asked questions

Is the USD 50 refundable?

It is credited, not refunded. If you go ahead with the citizenship package, the USD 50 comes off your invoice. If we conclude your file cannot qualify, we tell you before any invoice is sent — so you never pay to hear no.

Who actually handles the citizenship filing?

The nationality filing itself is carried out by our licensed specialist partner in this field. Realtique coordinates the file end to end — one engagement, one point of contact, your information kept confidential — and stays with you through to buying property in your own name if that is your goal.

Is it really about 4 weeks?

Four weeks is the average for complete files — both documents present, details matching. Your case may run faster or slower, and the final decision is issued by Vietnamese authorities, not by us. The session gives you a realistic estimate for your own file, and we will not pretend otherwise.

How much does the full service cost?

A standard file runs USD 3,200–3,800 in professional fees, depending on your documents. Your exact figure is confirmed in the session, before you commit. Government and translation fees are billed at cost, and the USD 50 consultation fee is credited toward the package.

Can I keep my current passport?

Many Việt Kiều can now retain their foreign citizenship when restoring Vietnamese nationality, but it depends on your case and your other country's rules. It is one of the first things we verify in the session — with your actual nationality, not a generic answer.

I only have one of the two documents.

Then do not book yet. We currently take on files that hold both the Vietnamese passport and the birth certificate. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have — the pre-check is free, and sometimes the missing document can be re-issued in Vietnam. We will point you in the right direction either way.

Do I need citizenship just to buy property?

Not necessarily — foreigners and Việt Kiều have other legal routes to buy in Vietnam. Citizenship is the strongest position: your own name on a pink book, no quotas, no leasehold. If buying is your only goal, read our buying guide first and message us — we will tell you which route your case actually needs.
