The scale of the package includes 04 basements, 2 tower blocks (36 and 28 floors) – is the package with many basements and the highest number of floors in the overall scale of The Metropole Thu Thiem project. Song Viet urban complex – with a total initial investment of 7,300 billion VND, with a scale of 7.6 hectares, located at the foot of Thu Thiem 2 bridge, on the left is Thu Thiem central square.
