According to the latest update, at around 9am on May 08, 2023, the developer has officially started accepting bookings for the Thu Thiem Zeit River project, Tower T2, which offers a stunning river view towards Landmark 81 and Bitexco. The developer also announced that the project is expected to be launched in July.
- Booking fee for 1-2-3 bedroom units: 300 million VND/slot.
- Booking fee for 4-bedroom/Duplex/Penthouse units: 500 million VND/slot.
The selling price is expected to increase by 7-10% compared to the first launch.
Note: Each customer can register for a maximum of 2 bookings and the following rules apply:
- For 1-2-3 bedroom units: Customers are allowed to register for 2 bookings.
- For 4-bedroom and Duplex units: Each customer can only choose to register for 1 booking of either of these 2 types of units, the remaining booking will have to be for another type of unit outside of 4-bedroom and Duplex.
