Decent Projects About to Hand Over at Covid-19 Price

Q2 THAO DIEN by Frasers has an impressive milestone in construction progress in March 2020: The construction of floor 32 of residential is updated. Besides that, the office block is completed on time. This is a respectable achievement during the COVID-19 causes difficulties.

While many buyers may want to take advantage of the low-cost investment opportunities currently available, Mr Nguyen Khanh Duy, Sales Director of Residential Sales, Savills Vietnam cautions that investors should not look at short-term investments during this period. Instead, he suggests making investments in housing or assists based on long-term analysis for the next 3-5 years, rather than just focusing on investments based on recent news.

It is currently a great time to buy property at rock-bottom prices that weren’t available a few weeks or months before. Q2 Thao Dien, Feliz en Vista and One Verandah, without a doubt, once the COVID-19 pandemic is over, the economy will recover and the market will return to normal as well as these projects’ resell price. Given such timing, buying them now will have better chances for price negotiation and discounts.
