On Sunday, November 1st, 2020, the last tower of The River Thu Thiem: Hudson Tower was officially launched.
The ceremony welcomed more than 500 participants on a cozy Sunday morning at Gem Center.
The project introduction started with a great dance performance, continuing with the share of the project developers on the design and its great location:
The hall hosted everyone nicely from 8.00 A.M and ended around 13.00 P.M. During 5 hours, 80% of the units are sold, left alone mostly the 1 bedroom apartments. The 3 bedrooms are the ones that sold out quickest and next is the 2 bedrooms.
The price seems very competitive for Thu Thiem area. Whereas, Narra Residences of Empire City is at 9-10,000 USD/m2, Opera Residence of The Metropole Thu Thiem is around 8,000 USD/m2, the price for Hudson Tower of The River Thu Thiem is from 5,800 USD – 6,200 USD/m2.
Min and max price of the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom are like the following:
- 1 Bedroom, 63m2: 430,000 USD – 490,000 USD
- 2 Bedroom, 90m2: 560,000 USD – 622,000 USD
- 3 Bedroom, 140m2: 850,000 USD – 880,000 USD

From the launch of The River Thu Thiem, Hudson Tower, it shows real estate market in HCMC is in good recovery. Price across segments in HCMC remained stable from the previous quarter and higher than the same period last year by 3%-5%. Meanwhile in Hanoi, average selling price was down by 4% y-o-y due to higher share of new launch from the affordable segment. All new launch projects in HCMC were located in the area planned to be “The Eastern City” or “Thu Duc City” (Districts 2, 9 and Thu Duc), while those launched in Hanoi scattered outside Ring Road No. 3.
