Architect Tan Hock Beng (founder of Maps Design company) assesses that Vietnam has a beautiful coastline and coastal cities have many similarities, which is also a difficult problem for the architectural consultant team in finding unique ideas for building coastal resorts.

As the chief architect of the Hyatt Regency Ho Tram project, Mr. Tan Hock Beng spent more than 6 months searching for a unique design concept that could represent the land of Ho Tram. The symbol of the project is located near the natural hill, which the architects call the “Forest spa” with the design nestled in natural melaleuca forests, connected to the hotel main hall by a wooden bridge high above.

All Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Residences villas own private swimming pools and lush green landscape spaces, some dual key villas (two keys) help maximize usability, especially for the Multi-generational family and rental capabilities.
