List of Projects Launched in 2021

In 2020, most real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City are more or less affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, leading to the discontinuation of many projects’ launches, affecting the progress of the sale as well as the ownership and investment plans of many people.

With the successful launch on 31.01.2021, about 500 units were sold, the next phase of LUMIÈRE riverside is expected to be launched soon in Q2/2021. Masterise Homes now starts taking refundable booking for this next phase.

The 9 Stellars (District 9):

It is expected that in mid-March 2021, about 1 month after the Lunar New Year, The 9 Stellars will officially launch phase 1 with 200 apartments and 50 villas. The project developed by SonKim Land has a scale of up to 16.5 ha.

The Marq (District 1):

Developed by Hongkong Land and An Khang, The Marq is a luxury apartment project with a prime location in the heart of District 1. The project includes 515 luxury apartments with diverse areas from one to four bedrooms with breathtaking views of the city.

The Marq owns a prime location at 29B Nguyen Dinh Chieu, in Da Kao Ward, District 1, adjacent to Grade A office buildings, iconic architectural works, shopping and entertainment centers of the city.

The Spirit of Saigon is a complex project located in the quadrangle of Ben Thanh market, including 4 fronts of Tran Hung Dao – Calmette – Le Thi Hong Gam and Pho Duc Chinh streets.

The Spirit of Saigon is built on an area of ​​8,600 square meters, including 2 towers:

The River Thu Thiem (District 2):
