- December 18, 2018: Thao Dien Green Towers legally named High-rise Apartment – Thao Dien, was initially approved by the City People’s Committee for Van Phu – Investment Joint Stock Company as the developer in Decision No. 5810/QD – People’s Committee.
- December 31, 2019: Van Phu transferred the entire project to SIC Real Estate Investment Company.
- In 2020: Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Hoa Binh signed Decision No. 759/QD-UBND on approving the investment of High-rise Apartment – Thao Dien, owned by SIC Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
- July 6, 2020: The Department of Construction has granted construction permit No. 87/GPXD for SIC Real Estate Investment Company to be allowed to build High-rise Apartment – Thao Dien at Nguyen Van Huong street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2.
- August 11, 2020: SIC Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and Central contractor start developing the Thao Dien Green Towers project.

Thao Dien Green Towers is planned on a land area of 4,967 m2, in which the area of building construction is 1,973m2, green park land, 1,998.3m2, traffic land – internal yard, 996m2.
