The most awaited stage of most apartment/house buyers is the hand-over date. 1/ Before receiving the hand-over: you need to pay all bills in full and contact the developer to make a specific appointment. 2/ On the day of hand-over: just take your time leisurely, step into the apartment/house you have chosen to enjoy, but remember to check the following details:
