The Ring Road No.3 is more than 90km long with a total capital exceeding VND 75,000 billion for Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An to implement.
In September 2022, the Ring Road No.3 was restarted with the Project 1A Tan Van – Nhon Trach (8.7km in length) including Nhon Trach bridge and the road at both ends of the bridge with a total investment of VND 6,900 billion. Before that, only the 15km Tan Van – Binh Chuan section passing through Binh Duong province was completed and more than 76km could not be closed, mainly due to problems with site clearance, capital teams, investors…

Currently, localities are making full efforts to solve land compensation issues, recalculating costs so that in June 2023, the total construction of the No.3 project will be started which is expected to be completed in 2025-2026. It means that Ho Chi Minh City will basically complete the “backbone” system to continue developing urban corridors and industrial zones in the next 3 years.
Opportunity Returns to Investors
It is expected that the land fund adjacent to the Ring Road No.3 system will be focused on exploiting infrastructure to create resources for the area for reinvestment. Therefore, this area is forecasted to become a busy and bustling trading place in the future.
