CapitaLand Got Better Chance in Hanoi

What is this? A scribbled sketch by some kid?

No, it’s from Jean-Francois Milou, lead architect of studioMilou founded in 1988, who is honored with Knight of the Order of Merit by France in 2018.

And the sketch you see is turned into this by him:

A skybridge undulating with a spectacular publich promenade leading to multiple gardens of shadows and light: Lumi Hanoi. The inspiration for the landscape concept is taken from the celestial wonders of the Sun, Moon, Auroras, and Stars as natural sources of illumination.

Lumi Hanoi is a work of art in contemporary architectural design, not only providing creative inspiration for apartment buildings, but also infusing them with artistic soul through the interplay of day and night, highlighted by the connecting feature of a light bridge.

People will admire the creator of this artistic work even more when they learn that he, Jean-Francois Milou, is also the mastermind behind other iconic structures such as: A Canyon of Columns, Singapore, A Ring of Peace, 29/3 Park, Da Nang, and Thu Thiem Opera House, HCMC.

So why saying CapitaLand got better chance in Hanoi?

Well, CapitaLand has been one of the most well-known international developers in Vietnam since 1994. It’s only 1 more year from now that they can celebrate their 30 successful sustainable development in Vietnam.

In 2006, they built the first residential development in Ho Chi Minh City as The Vista. Since then, many more great projects are built as: Vista Verde, Feliz en Vista, D1mension, d’Edge Thao Dien, D2eight, De La Sol, Define, and Zenity.

In Hanoi, they have also made a significant impact with PARCSpring, The Krista, Seasons Avenue, Kris Vue, Heritage West Lake and Sycamore.

None of the above projects are handed over behind the schedule. All are kept on track, even some were handed earlier, in toughest time like Covid-19.

This is a hallmark of an international reputable developer with extremely strong financial capabilities, long-term vision, and a careful appreciation of customer and partner relationships.

All of CapitaLand’s projects are very good. However, no project has had the opportunity with a scale of 4,000 apartments like Lumi Hanoi.

This place truly differentiates itself from other nearby projects, as it is the first project to create such an impressive facade design that no other project has achieved.

It is the first large-scale project that is completely enclosed, providing the utmost safety and tranquility for residents.

It is the first project with over 80 amenities, while nearby projects struggle to reach 60, and their amenities are designed in 3D, meaning they are not just horizontally spaced but also vertically, plus ensuring quality of life with fresh air from the 2.4ha green lung.

They also create unique layouts, with 3-bedroom apartment designs up to 118m2.

Remarkably, the price they offer is unbelievable for such a high-end apartment project, at only 3,000USD/m2.

And never before in Hanoi have we seen a developer launch a project with a stretched payment schedule of 2 years with only 50%

There are still many factors that convince me this is definitely a successful project. I often get a feeling when approaching good projects, a premonition that they will surely be profitable, and I have always been right, as seen in my experiences with sales launches at Empire City by Keppel Land, Sunwah Pearl by Sunwah Group, Feliz en Vista, CapitaLand…

And with Lumi Hanoi, CapitaLand once again gives me that feeling. If a project is so meticulously developed, located in such a well-connected area, with such good pricing and payment plans, and backed by a leading reputable developer, how can it not succeed? What else could?

Now is better than ever:

When you can participate in the development of this greatness in the very first step with refundable booking: 100,000,000 VND/booking ~ 4,500USD/booking and it’s refundable.
