The Spirit of Saigon:
In the morning of October 14, 2019, Coteccons officially started construction of the Body of The Spirit of Saigon project. The project is developed by Uniprime Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, located at Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, opposite the famous Ben Thanh Market area of Ho Chi Minh City.
The project consists of 2 towers connected by a podium, with a scale of 6 basements and 48-55 floors, including office floors for lease, hotels and luxury apartments. After completing the foundation of the project meeting the highest standards of quality, Coteccons continues to be entrusted by the developer to assume the role of General Contractor of the first 10 floors of the project. Accordingly, Coteccons will complete the construction and hand over to the developer within 10 months. With a unique architecture, combining modern and traditional features with two towers bearing the symbol of “dragon” of the Vietnam nation, The Spirit of Saigon project is the next symbolic building of the city constructed by Coteccons, besides other typical projects across the country.
Hilton Hotel:
Progress of the Hilton Hotel project in Ho Chi Minh City
The construction progress Hilton Hotel is also accelerated recently. This 40 storeys building will be soon completed within 1 year, adding another iconic skyscraper at the center of the city.
Other than that, the Thu Thiem Bridge 2 will soon be completed this year, adding more marvelous look to the city current features like the Landmark 81 and Bitexco Building:
