EARLY PAYMENT OPTION FOR BLANCA CITY

The first option is early payment, offering a discount of up to 14%, plus an additional 1% if the buyer does not use bank financing – totaling up to 15% off the selling price.

Example:
For an apartment valued at VND 10 billion, the buyer pays 95% (VND 9.5 billion) upon contract signing in July 2025, and the remaining 5% upon handover in Q4/2027. After applying the discount, the total payment is reduced to VND 8.5 billion, saving VND 1.5 billion.

 

STANDARD PAYMENT OPTION FOR BLANCA CITY

The second option is standard payment, divided into 8 installments over approximately 2.5 years. Buyers pay 15% at contract signing, followed by quarterly payments of 10%, and the final 30% upon handover in Q4/2027.
A 1% discount still applies if no bank loan is used.

With this plan, buyers only need VND 1.5–2 billion upfront and can manage their funds flexibly according to the schedule.

 

BANK LOAN PAYMENT OPTION FOR BLANCA CITY

The third option is designed for buyers looking to leverage financing, offering 0% interest for 36 months and full principal grace period during the promotional period.
Specifically, buyers only need to pay 15% upfront (around VND 1.5 billion), with the rest disbursed through a bank loan from August 2025 until handover in Q2/2028.
