Which projects in Ho Chi Minh City is preparing to launch in 2022?
In general, new projects in the city from now to the end of the year mainly concentrates in the East, Thu Duc City (former District 9 or former Thu Duc District):

- Urban Green
- The Alpha Residence
Outside of Thu Duc City, there are also:

New launched real estate market in the city is still largely in the condominium segment, rarely coming with landed property projects.
With the condominium primary market, most of the new projects selling well due to loan support policy and extended payment schedule from developers.
