The Fullton Payment Plans and How Foreign Buyers Book The Fullton Regal
The central park at The Fullton, Ocean City
The Fullton runs four payment routes, and the Pool Villa line carries discounts of up to 15% with 0% interest financing to 70% of value. Phase two, The Fullton Regal, takes bookings at 300 million VND — with two constraints that cause trouble if learned late: no name changes, and foreign buyers cannot sign online. This article covers each in full.

Four payment routes at The Fullton
The developer runs four routes, one of them built specifically around the semi-detached line:
| Route | Terms |
|---|---|
| Standard payment | Instalments tracking construction, handover per the phase schedule |
| Interest-supported payment | Bank financing with a developer interest support package |
| Special — stretched 20 months | Payment obligations extended across 20 months |
| Special for Twin Villa | A dedicated plan for the semi-detached line, structured around early handover |
The existence of a route built for Twin Villa alone is telling. It signals the developer wants that line absorbed quickly — and for the buyer, an early-handover mechanism shortens the gap between committing funds and actually using or letting the asset.
The Pool Villa package
The detached Pool Villa line — the top of the phase — carries its own terms, weighted heavily toward financial leverage:
- Discounts of up to 15%.
- A furniture package worth up to 1 billion VND.
- 0% interest financing up to 70% of value.
- A fixed 9% rate after the promotional period.
- Cumulative incentives for existing and returning CapitaLand customers.

Booking The Fullton Regal — process and constraints
Phase two, The Fullton Regal, takes bookings at 300 million VND per booking. The process differs from the market norm in several ways:
| Item | Rule |
|---|---|
| Booking amount | 300 million VND per booking |
| Limit | A maximum of 02 bookings per ID |
| Name changes | Not permitted once a booking is made |
| Payment method | Bank transfer, or card at the developer's office — cardholder present with ID |
| Signing | Electronic signature through the developer's CapitaOne app |
Documents to prepare and three questions to ask
The developer requires a fairly detailed information set at booking stage, and requires it to be exact:
- Identity document with level 2 digital verification.
- The payment order evidencing the booking transfer.
- Full personal details: permanent address, contact address, phone, email and the bank account of the person booking.
- The specific requirement — product line and unit codes of interest.
Three questions worth asking before lodging a booking:
- The quotation for your specific unit code under each payment route. The gap between a high-discount route and a long-stretch route is substantial on low-rise product.
- The position of the unit within the master plan. Distance to the clubhouse and central park, and which way the home faces, drive long-term value directly.
- The handover schedule for that specific phase and line. The Fullton Edition and The Fullton Regal are separate phases on separate timelines.
The discount, furniture package and interest figures above reflect the policy at the time of writing. CapitaLand revises terms with each release, so confirm the current version before transacting.
