Quick answer: Into the Dream is the evening concert by Maestro Andrea Bocelli on 7 November 2026 at Haus Da Lat (1 Dinh Tien Hoang, on Xuan Huong Lake). According to Thanh Niên (16 October 2026), it is his first performance in Vietnam, and it is an invitation-only event. Behind it, as set out in the official HAUS Da Lat post of 5 November 2026, are conductor Carlo Bernini leading the Saigon Pops Orchestra, violinist Rusanda Panfili, stage designers Giò Forma and the production company Delamaison Productions.

HAUS Da Lat describes the night as one where music, stage architecture and performance meet in the pine forest of Da Lat. This piece introduces each name, explains how the 2,000 m² mirrored stage works, and reads what a production of this scale says about how Haus Da Lat is run. It was written before the concert, so it does not report on the evening itself; the programme is set by the organiser and may change.

Maestro Carlo Bernini: The Conductor Who Knows Bocelli’s Voice

Carlo Bernini is the Italian conductor who has accompanied Maestro Andrea Bocelli at performances for heads of state and royal families. HAUS Da Lat credits him with bringing “the depth of a shared musical journey”, which is the point: he is not a conductor hired for one night, but one who already knows how Bocelli sings.

At Haus Da Lat he conducts the Saigon Pops Orchestra, linking voice and orchestra through every transition so that the symphonic colour carries the emotion of the evening. A Vietnamese orchestra sharing the stage with one of the world’s best-known voices, under a conductor who works with him regularly, is a notable moment for the local music scene.

Rusanda Panfili: A Violin Known on Stages Around the World

Rusanda Panfili is a violinist and composer whose career spans world tours, Hollywood film work and the Austrian Film Award 2026.

In HAUS Da Lat’s words, her violin brings its own colour among the pines as it meets Maestro Bocelli’s voice and the symphony orchestra, adding depth to the listening experience.

Giò Forma and the 2,000 m² Mirrored Stage: Nature Reflected on Stage

Giò Forma is a Milan-based studio for stage design and performance architecture, the team behind a number of international venues and stages. At Haus Da Lat it brings its credo, “Everything is a stage”, into the pine forest.

The signature is 2,000 m² of reflective surface in imported Alucobond. The design pulls the sky, the pine canopy and the light into every sightline, so the stage changes with the landscape from sunset into night. Rather than hiding the forest, the stage uses it as the backdrop.

It is the same idea that runs through the project itself: the three Haus Residences towers are designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates on the principle of not competing with nature, keeping the pines on the site standing.

Delamaison Productions: The Standard Behind the Stage

Delamaison Productions brings more than 25 years of international show production, with the experience of an Emmy-nominated producer, which is what allows complex stage ideas to be built for real.

At Haus Da Lat the team works with a local production partner on structure, lighting and show technology. HAUS Da Lat says every detail is calculated for sightlines, sound and the audience experience: the part guests see least, and the part that decides whether an outdoor stage in a pine forest runs smoothly.

What an Evening Like This Says About Haus Da Lat

Haus Da Lat is a 5-hectare development at 1 Dinh Tien Hoang on Xuan Huong Lake: three towers with 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions (two to four bedrooms) designed by Kengo Kuma, alongside an InterContinental hotel, a wellness centre and the 1010 Private Club. See the full overview.

How Realtique reads it: the HAUS Foundation did not simply book a star. It assembled the whole ecosystem around him, from conductor and orchestra to stage studio and producer. That signals a developer treating Haus Da Lat as a destination to be run for the long term (culture, wellness, club, hotel), not only a block of apartments to sell.

For international buyers, foreign ownership is open: up to 30% of the residences in each tower, with a 50-year term, and the sale and purchase agreement signed directly. A concert is no substitute for the checks a buyer should make on title, construction progress, payment schedule and handover specification; Realtique covers them in the Haus Da Lat buyer’s guide. Pricing is shared privately on request. The show residences and the Design Exhibition are open on site, and you can register for a private viewing.
