Ground Breaking: Lotte Eco Smart City

Update, 22 September 2026: the 2022 ceremony below was not followed by construction. Lotte Properties HCMC sent a termination letter in August 2025, then reversed course; the land-use fee of 17.569 trillion VND was paid on 31 July 2026, Phat Dat bought 35% for 7.666 trillion VND, and construction of the first two commercial blocks is now scheduled for 23 October 2026 (total investment ≈60 trillion VND).
