Studio - 30.1 to 30.7 sqm
The smallest line – one open space for sleeping, kitchen and living. Codes A1.1 (Lyra) and A1.2 (Alba) differ only slightly in size, mainly by orientation and floor band.
2-bedroom, 1 bath - 64.2 to 72.4 sqm
Codes B2.1a, B1.1b and B1.1, all in Lyra tower – the best area-to-price ratio in the two-bedroom range.
2-bedroom, 2 bath - 71.4 to 86.0 sqm
Codes C1.1a and C1.1d add an ensuite to the master bedroom – suited to households wanting more privacy than the 1-bath line.
3-bedroom, 2 bath - 111.6 to 114.9 sqm
Five codes (D1.1d, D1.1e, D1.1e(M), D1.1d(M), D1.1f) spread across Alba and Lyra – the largest of the standard apartment lines, with a separate dining area.
Sky Villa - 121.6 to 121.7 sqm
Code E1.1, Lyra tower, floors 7-20 and 22-40 – the flagship line with an open kitchen-living layout. Handed over without a kitchen, so its per-sqm rate is not directly comparable to fully-fitted lines.
Mixed-use - 54.7 to 55.2 sqm
Codes X1.1a/X1.1b, Helio tower – for light home-office or short-term rental use. As of 24 August 2026 the developer has not issued written confirmation that this line qualifies for permanent residence registration; do not treat it as a long-term legal residence until that document exists.
Dual Key - 86.6 sqm
Code Y2.1, Alba tower, floors 4-5 – splits into two independently-accessed living spaces, useful for a live-in-one/rent-out-one setup or multi-generation households.
Shophouse - podium level
20 ground-floor shophouses (TMDV-SH.01 to SH.20), 33-89 sqm net area each, freehold – the retail layer serving the roughly 1,101 residential/mixed-use products above.
How the typical floor plate works
The typical floor plate (top image) maps every unit code on Alba tower across two floor bands: floors 7-20 and floors 22-40 (floor 21 is an amenity level, not residential). A given code keeps roughly the same size across its band – tell us your preferred type and orientation and we’ll match it to available units.
